How Our Warranty Works
Repairs performed by Glacier Peak Auto come with a warranty covering both parts and labor. The specific terms vary depending on the type of repair and the parts used, because different components have different manufacturer warranties behind them. When you approve a repair, we'll let you know exactly what the warranty coverage looks like for that specific job.
For parts we supply, the warranty is backed by both our labor guarantee and the part manufacturer's own warranty. That means if a part fails prematurely, you're covered for both the replacement component and the time it takes to install it.
Customer Supplied Parts
If you choose to supply your own parts, we're happy to install them. However, we can only warranty our labor in that case, not the part itself. Since we didn't source it, we can't guarantee its quality or lifespan. We'll always let you know how this works before starting the job so there are no surprises.
