How Our Estimates Work
When you reach out with a repair or maintenance need, Robert will ask a few questions about the symptoms, the vehicle's make and model, and the year. Based on that information and over 20 years of experience, he can usually give you a solid ballpark for what the job will cost, including parts and labor.
For straightforward services like oil changes, brake pad replacements, or battery swaps, the estimate is usually very close to the final price. For more complex issues where a hands on diagnostic is needed, we'll let you know that upfront. In those cases, the diagnostic itself is a service that pinpoints the exact problem so we can give you an accurate repair quote.
No Surprises on the Final Bill
If anything changes once Robert gets on site and looks at the vehicle, you'll hear about it before any additional work happens. We don't do the repair first and explain the cost later. You always approve the price before we start. That's a core part of how Glacier Peak Auto operates, and it's one of the reasons our customers keep coming back.
