Detailed Answer
When we quote you a price, it covers everything: parts, labor, and the convenience of having the work done at your location. There are no hidden line items or separate charges that show up after the fact.
Quality Parts, Every Time
We use parts from trusted automotive suppliers. That means OEM equivalent or better components that are built to last. We don't save a few dollars by using cheap knockoff parts that will fail in six months. When Robert puts something on your vehicle, it's the same quality you'd get at a dealership or a reputable independent shop.
For some repairs, you may have a choice between standard and premium parts. Brake pads are a good example. There's a difference between a basic ceramic pad and a high performance option. If there's a meaningful choice to make, Robert will explain the difference and let you decide what makes sense for how you drive and what your vehicle needs.
What If I Already Bought the Part?
Some customers prefer to buy their own parts. We're happy to install customer supplied parts, but there are a few things to keep in mind. We can't guarantee the quality of a part we didn't source, which means the warranty on that specific component may be different than if we supplied it. Robert will let you know upfront if a customer supplied part looks like it might cause issues down the road.
If you're not sure what part your vehicle needs, don't guess. Just tell us the problem and we'll handle the rest. Getting the right part the first time saves you time and money, and that's what we're here for.
